About the Founder

Edward Fanhua Wu (Chinese Character: 吴梵华) is a senior at Phillips Exeter Academy with a passion for unraveling the connections between language, culture, and human cognition. Fluent in six languages, including French, Latin, Ancient Greek, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, and English, Edward has spent years exploring how different linguistic structures reveal unique ways of understanding the world.

What began as an early-year fascination with books about ancient Greek mythology has evolved into a serious study of comparative linguistics, etymology, and the anthropological dimensions of language. Through this platform, Edward shares insights gained from both formal study and immersive cultural experiences, making complex linguistic concepts engaging and relevant to modern audiences.
